How apartment cleanouts works
A lease ending on Friday does not leave time to list every chair. We clear furniture, bags and leftover belongings from walk-ups and elevator buildings, and we can send a certificate of insurance to the management office first.
Landlords use us between tenants. Students and renters use us to get the deposit back. Either way, labor and loading are in the price.
The crew confirms a firm price in person before anything is moved. You pay after the job, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.
