How attic cleanouts works
Attics in older Philadelphia houses are hot, low and reached by a pull-down ladder. We bring the boxes down, set aside anything that looks like photos or documents, and you decide what is kept.
If the only access is a crawl space or a hatch, say so when you book so we bring the right crew.
The crew confirms a firm price in person before anything is moved. You pay after the job, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.
Questions about attic cleanouts
Do you go into a crawl space?
Yes, when it is safe to enter. We will look first and tell you if a space is too tight or unsafe.
What about keepsakes mixed into the junk?
We set aside photos, papers and anything that looks personal and check with you before it leaves.
Is insulation removal included?
No. We haul stored items, not a full insulation replacement. Loose debris around the boxes can come with the load.
