New flooring cannot go down on old pad and tack strip. We pull the carpet, the pad and the strips, get the staples, and sweep so the next trade can start.
Laminate and vinyl come up the same way. We haul it. You do not need a dumpster in the street for a few rooms.
The crew confirms a firm price in person before anything is moved. You pay after the job, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.

Do tack strips come up?
Yes. Strips and the staples we can reach are part of the job, then the floor is swept.
Can you do one room?
Yes. One room or a whole house. The price follows the volume on the truck and the time to pull it.
Do you install the new floor?
No. We remove and haul. A flooring installer can follow us the same day if you schedule them.
