How basement cleanouts works
Philadelphia basements are low, damp and full of someone else's storage. We carry it up, including soaked boxes and carpet after a storm, and we do not ask you to stage it by the door.
Same-day slots are usually open if you call before noon. Tell us if the steps are steep or the bulkhead is the only way out.
The crew confirms a firm price in person before anything is moved. You pay after the job, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.
Questions about basement cleanouts
Do you take items that got wet in a flood?
Yes. Soaked boxes, carpet and ruined furniture are a regular basement job. We will not take sewage-contaminated waste.
What if the stairs are very narrow?
That is normal here. The price includes the carry. Send a photo of the stair opening if you are worried.
Can it happen the same day?
Often, yes. Book before noon for the best chance at a same-day window.
