How estate cleanouts works
Clearing a parent's house is not a race. We work from your keep list, set aside photos, papers and jewelry, and ask before anything personal is discarded.
What can be donated or recycled goes there first. The house is broom-swept when we leave, which is what most realtors and executors need before the next step.

Do I have to be there the whole time?
Someone who knows the keep list should be there at the start. After that, many families leave and we text photos of anything we are unsure about.
How long does a whole house take?
A small row house is often one day. Larger homes or heavy basements can take two. We tell you before we schedule.
Can you work with a realtor's deadline?
Yes. Tell us the listing or settlement date and we schedule backward from it.
